Hello all!
Well the past little while has been
very fast and very slow work-wise. We have been in a rut. But the end of this
week we have been getting out of that rut and it is exciting to see some real
progress in the area again. We still have a long way to go, but we are finally
getting traction.
The heat is much. The pants are few.
The cherries are delicious, and I actually tan (what little is possible). So
far this is what I know about summers in Lodi, California. ;)
It was great to have an impromptu
lesson with one of our investigators yesterday, Luisa, and while leaving,
seeing her diligently reading the book of Mormon. That was great to see and we
are excited for her. She really has great intent and is an awesome lady.
We are trying to get a good lesson
in with this guy named David. But he is kind of very worried about the Church
of Satan, Masonry, FEMA camps, the mark of the beast, visions, the
Intergalactic Federation (who are blonde haired and blue eyed, like the fallen
angels, obviously Hitler was working with them), etc., etc. It is really hard
to stay focused with the man. But he is fun. He is very interested in the Book
of Mormon! Not sure how much more we will go over there...
But we are finding a lot of cool
people that we are excited about. The work is moving along well! Our zone has
been seeing miracles left and right and it is exciting!
Things are safe and well. I hope you

great a blessing that is. I know God loves us! Christ lives and this is His
