Nov. 18, 2014 Email!
Hey guys!
All is well. I am going up to East Sac (Just right over the
river) and I will be with Elder Jensen, who just finished getting trained! So
it will be fun. I will miss so many people here, but it will be ok!
Sounds like a super busy week!! Thanks for all the pics from
the party. They are awesome :) That's too bad she had a hard time! But it looks
like it was a good time :)
The weather has been divine. Super cool.
I am hoping that I am over 6 feet! :P I am feeling good! I
got the package and loved it!!! That is so exciting. Thank you so much. That is
a perfect package :)
We went to the downtown mall in Sacramento today! It was
awesome. I am going to miss Sac. But like everything was on sale and I got a
couple quality sweaters for really cheap! So that was cool.
This week was super exciting. We have been working closely
with the members and the Macias family, who is so solid, were the managers of
their apartments where they live. So they know everyone! And everyone has seen
their example in their family, and we were able to add a few investigators with
them! One, Rebecca, is like 21 and has a little 10 month year old baby named
Bella. She wants the gospel so badly in her life and she is so prepared. So
that is super exciting!! My time in Rancho definitely ended on a good note.
I recorded a little bit and I will send it off as soon as
possible! I love you guys and I hope you have a good week. You are the best. I
miss you all but I know this is where the Lord wants me to be. It is the best
thing in the world. I will talk to you guys soon again! Love you!

(Nov. 10th email)
Hello guys!
This week had its goods and its bads! But some great blessings
came.
On P-days we do shopping, cleaning, washing the car, and usually an
activity or sports. A lot of times it is rushed because there is high demand
and only a few computers! I will send them back, I think I have a couple. I
just can't get myself to do it if I'm not alone, I suck at it! But I will try
this week again.
I got the package that you guys sent a little while ago, did you
send another one?? If so I haven't got that one yet! This is the last week of
the transfer, so next week I will know if I am staying or going! Comp and I are
good!
Root canals don't sound fun. Tell him "Hi!" back!
It has been a tiny bit cooler here but I am getting sooo tired of
the heat and dryness! But yeah this week looks better :)
Sounds like Emily's party is going to be crazy :) That's fun!
Dang Sierra got to meet all the people! That is super cool.
Our week was good because Nikko was baptized on Saturday! It was
great and the service was really good. Basically all of his Dad's side are not
members, so it was cool to get to talk to them and have them see that Nikko was
making the decision. We have dropped almost everyone because they just aren't
progressing! So we are focusing on not wasting time this week and really
finding the people that are ready. The work with the members is going great. So
there are tons of exciting things going! At church we had about 85-90 people
from the branch and 104 total with visitors. That is HUGE! It is really cool to
see all these families coming back and the branch being strengthened.
All is well. Sorry I never have much to say but I either can't
remember or the same thing just happens every week. I am lazy when it comes to
writing I guess! But everything is going well and we are pushing forward and
onward. I love you all. I miss you! But I promise you are always in my prayers
and I hope you have a good week. Stay safe and healthy and strong! Keep up the
good work :) Love you!

Hey guys!
The week was good. We saw a lot of miracles! I don't know if you
remember Diana, who came to church like 3 times then said she didn't want to
continue? Well we haven't seen her in probably more than a month, and she
just showed up to church! It was nuts. And then last night was Aurelio's
baptism in Lodi. I got invited, and got the blessing of performing the baptism.
It was incredible! So many friends and there was a ton of people there! It went
really well and the Spirit was so strong. I am so grateful I got to participate
in that. So it ended up being a great week!
That is good to hear that the funeral went well. Halloween sounds
fun! We got to watch the first installment of the work and the glory I think,
and then we had zone training, which was awesome. Very inspiring and spiritual.
I wish we had your weather! It is supposed to get hot again. It was
getting nice, too. We got a little bit of rain, but really not much as far as I
could tell unfortunately.
The pics of Emmy are awesome. She is the cutest. The
Tarkalsons should totally come visit! That is awesome you got to see them. It
would be crazy to see them again!
I heard about Colton and got his Email today. That is good he is
able to get back to work, that would be really hard. Tell Kelsey HI back! Wow
lots of big news! Things are really happening!! That is cool :)
Ummm I think those are the plans! That sounds right :) I think that
is the plan for now.
I love you guys too! Have a great week as well! I miss you all! Be
safe! Love you,
Elder Stone
(Yeahhh. IPad’s
should be end of November/beginning of December I think...but still not for
sure.)
(Oct. 27th email)
Hey!!!
Hi guys, I am doing well! We had a good Sabbath but between
conflicts and people being difficult we didn't have anyone there! Which was
disappointing but it ended up good.
We had a good week, and we have really been focusing on
having the best relationship possible with members, serving them and trying to
edify them. It has been awesome and they want to work with us so much more, it
is a big blessing.
That onion truck must have STANK. That's crazy!!
We have had a little rain here and there, but nothing that
has lasted. But the cooler temps have been so nice.
We just have ridden bikes at times to keep miles down is all
:) And it is nice some times! But we haven't ridden them for a few weeks now.
That is sad another ward member passed. It is weird seeing
English wards because they have so many old people in them. That sounds weird
but yeah :P Good luck at the funeral! Hopefully all goes well.
Hopefully Halloween will be fun! A movie, zone training, and
such. Should be a good time.
Thanks for all the pictures! They are awesome. You guys are
the best. I love and miss you all and I hope you have a great week! Sorry
time is short today. Love you!

Hey
family!
This
past week was good. We saw some great things happen. Especially good weather!
Like wow it was so good. So much cooler it was really nice.
Sounds
like you guys had a cool week :) Sorry about the pictures! I got them all and they
are great :) All those treats looked awesome! Good work :) Looks like you guys
had a fun time :)
Nothing
too crazy happened this week that I can remember! Ramon is doing well, he is
just very confused, so we are moving his date back to make sure he is ready.
But he is coming and learning and progressing. We had the primary program this
week, which was interesting because our branch primary is combined with an English
ward, but it went well.
I
had exchanges with the Zone Leaders this week which was fun. I was with Elder
Shaw, who is ginormous. He is 6 10 and will be playing for BYU when he gets
home. So that is fun. It went well and he is an out-of-the-box thinker which is
nice. We did some service as part of the new Just Serve initiative. We went to a
place that builds houses for those less fortunate and worked in the Re-Store
area with furniture and other household stuff. It was super tiring but
fun!
Well
that’s really all for this week. I love and miss you guys. I found the
recordings and loved them! They were sick. Loved the songs too Brook! You are
awesome! Thanks so much for those, I am going to try to do that this
week.
Have
a blessed week guys! Love you

Hello!
Sorry guys this day has
been busy so I am short on time. This week went really well! The area is doing
great and the Lord is blessing us so much. So it is going well! We are super
busy!!!! I got the package finally yesterday :) Thank you :) Love it :)
Happy Anniversary!!! That
is cool that you guys got to stay up there :) I hope it went awesome!! Sounds
like a busy week! It is cool that she got to go to YC and stuff! Sounds
awesome :)
Hahaha that is crazy
about the capsule thing! Dang! Hopefully it doesn't get stuck :)
Oh that's good that Aunt
Verna is doing better. She will be in my prayers!
Dang the pictures didn't
come through on your email mom. But thank you for all the pics always! They are
awesome.
We are doing well and
safe and sound. There are clouds out right now and it is super cool! Haha
hopefully rain this week :) We got to sing in a multi-faith concert in a huge
catholic cathedral in downtown this week! And we had Zone Conference with Elder
Daniel Johnson of the Seventy. They were both awesome experiences! I will tell
you more about them when I send you the recording I am going to make!!
Sorry there is like no
time today. Love you guys! Take care and keep up the good work :) I love and
miss you all.

Hey familia!
So this week was super busy. Not a lot of time
to proselyte. We watched Meet the Mormons which was sweeeet! Way good. Then we
did service at a local food bank for a few hours which was really fun and felt
good. It is interesting to see the spectrum of gratitude of these people. It
was great to help some neat people.
Conference was awesome as usual! It was so
cool that some got to speak in Spanish. Really awesome experience. We watched
it in english except for those talks and most of the Priesthood session! We
watched it at our stake center (on Wissemann dr. and Folsom blvd.). It was
really sad that we didn't have any investigators come. But hopefully church
this week will work out! I really loved a lot the focus on personal conversion
and not throwing away what we know just because of opposition. And of course
the ones about missionary work! Elder Christofferson's was one of my favorites
as well.
The hot weather is kind of getting annoying
now ;) We talked to some black people and the lady was like "God is
punishing California, this is the worst place I've lived! God is just saying
'ok, I'm gonna get you as close to hell as I can before I destroy ya, see if ya
shape up" or something to that effect haha. But hopefully moisture will
come around sometime.
We got to go to the temple this morning which
was a huge blessing. I love it. It was really good for me.
Other than that we were just running around a
lot! We talked to some interesting people. Probably the most drunk person I
have met, he almost fell over multiple times and about threw up on us. I don't
get alcohol. Our investigator Ramon is hilarious and keeps us laughing. Genaro
and his family are really awesome and are going to be getting a date this week!
That is exciting. They are a wonderful little family.
Well I love you guys! Stay safe and strong. I
miss you guys so much! I am trying to be the best missionary I can. I love you
guys and I am so thankful for all you have done for me. Love you!
(P.S. This week was transfer week, but Elder
Graham and I are staying!)

All going good! (Sept. 29th email)
Hello amores!
All is well here. I am glad everything serious
was ruled out! That's probably the coolest award I have ever heard of ;) haha
that is awesome.
Wow that sounds like a bad day! Hopefully all
is well soon. That is kind of nice that the leak is fixed, but a ceiling is
cool too :P
Haha no the weather reports are awesome! Hep
me know what to expect even if it is just really all the same ;) But we got
moisture a couple times this week! The past week was pretty beautiful really! A
lot cooler. But it's back up again!
We are super excited for General Conference.
Watching it with translation just isn't the same, so I am sure the branch will
be THRILLED if someone gives a talk in Spanish. That would be so cool. It is a
great time for missionary work!
You guys have heard of Meet the Mormons
right?? We get a sneak peak this friday! Whoohoo! It will be super cool. Movie
night! (night meaning 9 in the morning.)
haha iPads are supposed to come soon but who
knows. I am pretty sure with the Seventy Zone Conference we are having
they will introduce it though!
Well we are short on time this week. We had a
good week and saw 5 investigators to church, which is great. We just need them
all to get baptismal dates! But we had a good week and found a lot of cool
people. We biked a lot this past week and saw blessings of finding more people.
The Lord really is working here a lot. I am thankful for that. Nothing too
exciting or different this week though!! Pretty normal :)
Tell Brook good luck! That is awesome!
Hopefully she gets the job :)
I got the letters and there were amazing!
Thanks so much! They were great.
Well I love you all. Sorry this is short and
kinda boring! I am doing well and have plenty of food and shelter and all that
good stuff :) Really I don't think I need anything :) Just keep loving me
;)
Be safe! Love and miss you all!

Old Sacramento! (Sept. 22nd email)
Hey guys!!
Sounds like a wonderful week yall had :) That is awesome. It
is so cool to hear about the temple and the rededication and everything. And
all the pics and videos! They downloaded so slow that I only saw one but it was
awesome. Thanks always for those!
That is a super good Mormon message. We have used it a
couple times before! It is really inspiring.
They invited you guys cuz "you are in the
bishopric"...riiiiggghhhht ;) jk that is awesome! :) those were always fun
and it is awesome to see all the happy seniors!
I think we got a TINY bit of rain during the night this
week, but it was SUPER dirty. The smoke from the King fire has been destroying
the air here! But there have been clouds till today which is awesome. I had
forgotten what they looked like. Hopefully rain soon :) We have been biking a
bit this week so the cooler weather has been nice.
We are teaching more than them two! There is a man named
Mario who is living with a LA and her kids and one that is both of theirs. They
are both married to other people, his wife in Mexico and her
husband around here. He would get baptized right now if he could, but
she has been unwilling to cooperate. Their relationship is difficult so it is
basically just super frustrating. But the goal is to talk to her tonight, we
have an appointment with them. We just need to talk to her and see how
we can help. It is sad to see the hurt and heartache that can be
avoided when we just follow the gospel way. He is seeing all the blessings in
the book from the gospel, which is amazing. She just needs to get on board.
There is also a guy named Ramon, who is awesome. He came to
church yesterday. He is just a little bit crazy but that makes him fun. A great
guy, and he is learning and progressing. There are others as well, but they are
the most prominent ones!
I know that there is always a lot to talk about probably but
I feel like I either never remember any of it or I just can't think of anything
unique :) The work really doesn't change much week to week ;) We did go to Old
Sacramento last preparation day which was cool! All over around downtown and
like the packed huge highway and interchange. It was chaotic and fun. Old Sac
is way cool as well! I have pics.
Love you guys! I hope you have a good week. Be safe and
spread that gospel! I miss you all!

No Braylands! (Sept. 15th email)
Heeeello!
Como estan mis queridos? We had a decent week, a lot of good
things happened! Diana is progressing well. She is struggling to feel the
Spirit and pray on her own, but she is trying and doing the things she needs
to, so we know she will make it. It was her and her families 3rd time at church
last week! It was amazing to see them there and her kids love primary and the
songs, which is awesome. Things are going well. We are teaching Nikko who is 9
and he is awesome. Super bright kid.
We had a big multicultural activity on Saturday. It was
nuts! A ton of people packed into a small gym. There were food samples from a
ton of different countries and they were all delicious. Then they had a bunch
of dances and such from the different countries. It was an awesome activity and
really exhausting. It was awesome.
Everything is going normally! The work is great. It's
amazing. There is nothing better.
That is crazy all the releases and callings. Changes are
always hard! But good.
Sounds like you guys have a crazy week coming!!!! Good luck!
I hope it is all fun. A lot of cool exciting things happening :)
Haha as far as I know no Braylands.
I feel like we are doomed to an eternal death drought.
Hopefully some rain this week :) Winter or fall would be a nice change haha but
the heat is fun too. I hate that it is getting dark way earlier now. Makes it
harder to be effective till the end of the night! But we will have to adjust
and make the best of it!
Thanks for the pics and all that!! I can't believe that is
Savannah! She looks so different and big! Wow.
Well I love you all! You are all amazing! Miss you! Be safe
and stay strong this week :) Love you,

Living by an airfield! (Sept. 8th email)
Hey family!!
Thanks for all the pictures and the videos. Hilarious. I
loved them! The Ogden temple looks huge and super pretty. That's so cool that
everyone got to come :)
Utah's weather sounds way better than California's! Isn't
that backwards ;) That is good you are getting some rain! Hopefully some clouds
will roll around here :)
We live right by an old military airfield, and there has
been an airshow this past weekend. That was so distracting to have them flying
around all the time. It fascinated me and reminded me of always going to the
airshows! They are awesome.
That's amazing Sawyer scored his goal! What a pro. The
pictures are all awesome! I need to improve my skills so we can play later and
I don't get embarrassed ;)
We had a good week! A lot of people came to church this past
week, which was amazing to see. That is when they can really progress. The Lord
is blessing this area a ton. There are so many prepared people. The lady that
just showed up to church last week accepted a date for later on this month, and
she is awesome. Just 2 days before the missionaries knocked on her door, she
had found her belief in God. She was raised without any religious background,
which is really uncommon with the latinos, so there is so much to learn and it
is super exciting.
Elder Graham found out this week that he is allergic to soy
as well this week. Haha the poor guy. Now all we need is lactose intolerant and
he will starve to death! We are having a great time together though!
We met some Egyptians and Sikhs this week, which was cool.
The diversity here is crazy. Our branch president's wife, Hna. Bair, has
started doing Zumba dancing classes whatever during the week, which is
awesome because Spanish ladies LOVE Zumba haha. So hopefully it will be great
to help investigators find fellowship and feel loved in the branch! We have
been trying to visit everyone we can on our branch list so we can figure things
out and help the branch grow and talking to everyone we can. It has
been great and we have been busy as ever. It is the best. I love mission
life so much. Even though it kills me ;)
I love you all. Thank you for all your love. I am
so grateful for you! I have the best family in the world. Be safe and stay
strong! I love and miss you guys!

Hola! (Sept. 1st email)
Hola familia mia!
This week was good, and this coming week will be great! We
have been talking to a lot of people and it has been fun, although you meet a
couple crazies here and there. There are many people ready for the gospel here,
and we are super excited! A lady we have never seen showed up with her kids to
church yesterday. She talked to missionaries in Iowa 3 days before she moved
here last week. So that was a big miracle! The Lord is sending many blessings
to this area. We talked to this one guy who is basically the equivalent of a
stake president in the Pentecostal church! That was interesting. He like
started prophesying to us at the end which was different. We had a really good
conversation with him though and got to testify of the Restoration. He said his
name was Elder Poe and he was way cool.
I also got to give a talk in the branch yesterday on
missionary work, so that was fun. Hopefully not too boring ;)
Elder Graham is great and we are doing work together. It
will be a good transfer! I am not still training! When I left Lodi the training
was over :)
We have been trying to clean up a little the house! It has
been pretty good. Makes me feel better :P Brother Winchester has been awesome
this week, we are really getting along with him. The areas got figured out and
we are staying in the same one! They just re-split it but basically nothing
changed for us. Which is good!
That is amazing to hear about the FHE and that they were all
able to come! Hopefully they could feel God's love there. I hope the
open house goes well :) I need pics :)
Thanks for all the updates!! I can't believe that Michael
Fralick and Kelsea are getting married. Hahaha that is just so insane. Blows my
mind! I guess we are kind of growing up??
That video of Emily cracked me up. You guys are awesome :)
Stay off the roads!!!! ;)
Yeah I guess the drought is bad. I have determined that God
is just going to dry it out and burn California down ;) Just kidding
it isn't that bad of a place. It was good though because Elder Graham, as we were
pulling out of the driveway was like "Ya know, we kindof live in a ghetto
neighborhood a little..." And I was like "ehhh kindof maybe" and
then a car pulled in front of us to a guy standing outside, and sold some drugs
as we passed him haha. It was hilarious. It really isn't bad though. It is
nice.
Love you guys so much! You are all amazing and the best. I
hope you have a great week. Keep up the good work :) Love and miss yall,

Getting Organized
Hello all!
Well we didn't feel the earthquake at all. I had no idea
there was one! That's too bad though. Natural disasters can be terrible. Did it
do a lot of damage??
Whoohoo iPad mini! Congrats, congrats. That sounds like a
good birthday. Yeah supposedly again we are supposed to get them, but I've
heard that we have to buy them ourselves..so I am collecting change ;)
Driving has been pretty good. I have been eating healthy as
much as possible and it has been good really!
So it is transfer time, and we are really confused ;) They
are resplitting the areas but changing them. The zone leaders told me I would
be in the west area but the Assistants said I would be in the east area. But I
do know for sure that my companion will be Elder Graham! I have never even
heard of him which is weird but they say he is good so I am excited. We aren't
sure if we are moving or what is going on. But it will be fun ;) I am grateful
to be able to stay here. The branch is getting more organized and we went to
branch council and it was very exciting. Lots of good work. We have to meet
with the Rancho Cordova zone leaders to work out boundaries today which should
be interesting!
Good luck in school! Learn lots and stuff! ;)
I can't believe she is driving. And Sierra too?? These kids
are growing up too fast ;)
Love you guys! Miss you all! You are my favorites. Take care
this week and spread the word whenever possible!

Miracles!!
Hi family!!
HAAPPPPY BIRTHDAY!!! I hope it is going well!!! Thanks for
being the greatest father I could hope for! You will be a millionaire in no
time ;) Love ya!
Yeah I do remember Sis. Johnson! That is really sad that she
passed away. It really is good to know God's plan for us.
I am happy to hear Sierra is doing better. Poor girl.
I will get a recording soon. Promisssse :)
Our week was really busy. Tons of exchanges and moving the
other elders into a new apartment and zone conference and all that. It was hard
to get a lot done and I feel like I didn't hardly work in my area, but it
was still a good week. There's a man named Mario Nolazco who is amazing and
wants to get baptized, but him and his less active wife are both married to
other people. But we are going to try and figure it all out and get him
baptized. He has so much desire and is seeing that acting on the gospel is
helping his life. He has a ton of potential and it is super cool to see that.
Biggest miracle of the week? THEY FOUND AURELIO SANCHEZ. At
zone conference Sis. Cuesta (who is working in Galt) asked me if we ever worked
in Galt because there is someone who knows me and Elder Sanhueza by name. When
she said it was Aurelio I about started crying. I don't know if you remember
him, but he was a golden guy in Lodi, that like a week and a half before his
baptism just disappeared. His daughter said he went to Galt, basically she
hates us and the church, and said that if we come again she would call the
cops. We loved the guy so much and it was so heartbreaking to have
that happen. The gospel was helping him. We would always talk about him after
that and how someday he would be found again. It is such a huge miracle. I have
been really grateful for that his week :) I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!! So amazing.
Other than that things were pretty good, but numbers were
way small at church. We aren't sure what happened but hopefully we will fix it
up this week. There is a lot of work to do.
Time is flying way too fast. I am learning and progressing
though, trying to make the most of every minute. I have felt that the Lord has
helped me realize my desires more to serve him this week. Transfers are coming
up, and we want to finish this one strong.
Well
I love you guys so much. Happy Birthday again Dad! Thanks for the pictures of
Emmy. She is the cutest. I miss you all! Have a blessed week :)

It's hot hot hot!
Hello all!
Things went pretty well this week until yesterday! haha ;)
It was an extremely trying day yesterday. But we got through it and we are on
to a better week. We weren't able to contact one of our investigators with a
date, Juan, at all this week. The our other with a date, Lisa, texted us
last night and said that she read and prayed and realized it is not for her! So
basically we are a little troubled ;) But I'm sure all will be well!
The new branch was pretty crazy yesterday trying to figure
everything out and getting everybody where they needed to be going. It was
pretty cool though because there were about 75ish people there, which is almost
how many came to the ward! There are many blessings with the change, especially
for those who just plain couldn't come because of lack of transportation. We
will be a ward again very soon.
It was so hot this week. Over 100 consistently over the
weekend. I am pretty sure I got a cold from dehydration and the heat, if that
even makes sense.
I heard last week about Daulton. That is super sad and was
very shocking. It was hard to think about this past week. His family and loved
ones have been in my prayers. It is also sad to hear about Uncle Darrell, but
it is good that he has found rest and peace now.
It is crazy that Danny is headed off! That is super cool
though. I hope all goes well for him. Thank you for forwarding Elder Free's
email. He will do great. This goes by way too fast.
I got the recordings but we honestly have been so busy I
haven't had any time to listen to them. I will make sure to do that this week.
Sorry guys!
Glad to hear all is going well at work mom :) Sounds like
fun :)
That is good you all got to go to the barbeque and enjoy
that time together!! Looks like Scott is doing some awesome work. The pictures
of Emmy had me crackin up! Haha :) She is hilarious :)
Well I love you all. Thank you for everything. I miss you!
Have a blessed week, ok? :) Love,

New Area!!
Hello family!!!
Things are going very well. I feel very grateful to be in
this area. So the area is a little confusing. We cover Sacramento instead of
Elk Grove, including downtown! Although there is no Spanish work there right
now really so we don't go up north very much. But I will send you a picture of
the map! The majority of the area we are mostly in is pretty ghetto, which
makes it sad and interesting. But it is an awesome place! I saw more black
people and Asians on Thursday than I have seen in my entire life combined ;)
haha
Elder Harris and I are getting along great. We are unified
on our desire to be obedient and the best we can, and so I know we will see
wonderful blessings come.
So we were in the Sac 10th Spanish Ward, but this sunday
they just split it into the Sac 10th branch and the La Riviera branch! So now
we will be in the La Riviera branch. We might also be changing zones from Elk
Grove to Rancho Cordova. So basically we are just really confused right now ;)
But it is cool. It will open up a ton of opportunities, especially for the
Rancho Spanish elders.
But yeah! We live just south of Sac State University, on the
corner of Redding and San Juaquin, if you want to find us on the map!
There is a lot of good things happening in this area. We
have a couple really great investigators and 2 on date so far in August. We are
really going to be focusing this week on the members and strengthening
them and less actives. We need the branch to be strong so we can see success.
Exciting week coming up.
It is great to hear about the trek fireside and all! That is
awesome that Bri and Eric locked the keys in the car! I've definitely never
done that before ;) Glad you could get it out eventually haha :)
I hope Brook has a good time at camp!!! That is
exciting :)
Thanks always for the pictures and all! I love you! I miss
you guys so much! I hope you have a wonderful week :)

Transfers!!
Hello family!!
Well! The transfer is over! We received the report last
night! I will be leaving and going to the Elk Grove West area! I will be
serving with Elder Harris, who I have never met, but I am excited! I will be on
bike full time still which is torture during the summer but awesome :) So that
is exciting. I am really pumped to work up there in Sacramento! I've heard
South Sac is pretty ghetto too which is awesome!
The crazy thing is that Elder Fernandez is coming back to
Lodi! The Elder might serve half his mission in one area! Blows my mind. But he
is amazing and it will be good for Elder Farnsworth.
Sister Quigley is the best! Tell her I miss her and that she
is the greatest!!
I can't believe Elder Free is out of here. Blows my mind! He
is a good man. Excited for him to serve.
I am glad all went well with Trek and Scout camp and all!
Can't believe you did the Polar bear and the swim check. It is brutal. During
the mile it wasn't too bad because everything just goes numb :P
Well this week we saw some incredible blessings. We were
able to talk to a man named Jose outside of his apartment while we were there to
try another door, and he came to 2 activities, church, and lunch with a member
family all in one weekend. He loves it, knows our WML and someone in the branch
presidency, and his kids all love church too. A whole family! It is amazing.
But now I have to leave haha :P I hope I will be back here for the
baptism.
Well the heat has been bad! Yesterday was absolutely brutal.
Wow. But you definitely feel like you are doing work when it is really hot :)
Keeps the weight off ;)
Thank you for everything. I love you all! There will be
definitely a ton of pictures next week with all the members and people and
such. Miss you guys! Have a blessed week :) Love,
Elder Stone
